We received a question from Susan in Ohio that we thought others might be asking themselves as well.
Susan emailed asking if there is a limit to the number of Angels she can request.

There is never a limit to the number of Angels you can request from our site. We know there are many people in need of hope due to illness, loss, or other life situations.  It is our belief that although we cannot cure a disease, we can show a person there is always hope from someone who cares. Many times it is the smallest gesture that means the most.

Bookmark our site and return as often as there is a need, we are there for you!

Good evening Angel Lovers!
I hope you are having a great weekend. Winter just might be leaving Pennsylvania!!!! Yaaaah

We wanted to make everyone aware of our Special Projects at Angels for Hope.

We have a Fallen Soldier Program where we honor the families of those who have sacrificed their life for our freedom. Fallen Soldier Program

We also have our Hometown Heroes Page where we would love to honor your loved one serving in the military at the present time. Hometown Heroes

We love helping those who are reaching that 100th Birthday milestone with a showering of butterflies. 100th Butterfly Birthday Club

And last but far from least we have a program for groups to participate in Angels for Hope. We’d love to have you aboard! Group Participation

You may always request an Angel for anyone in need of hope, day or night. We are here Angel Request

Everyone remembers our Mille Club? Any volunteer who sends out 1,000 or more items over their tenure with Angels for Hope is automatically a member! Can you imagine making and sending over 1,000 Angels, butterflies or smiley faces? Amazing isn’t it?

We are happy to announce two new members of the Mille Club!

Wow are we behind on our Angel of the Month!!!!!! Let’s get going!

We would like to introduce you to Denise Foss of Dundee, Illinois.

Denise has been married for 35 years. They have 2 children and 4 grandchildren. She is blessed to have her 16 year old granddaughter living with her.

Denise crochets all three items for AFH, Angels, butterflies and smiley faces. She also enjoys plastic canvas, reading and gardening. (phew bet she is ready for spring!)

She loves all holidays but Christmas is her favorite.

It will come as no suprise, Denise collects ANGELS

A little quote from Denise about AFH :

“Angels for Hope is a selfless giving of love, peace, friendship, hope, prayer and compassion. I am proud to be a part of this group!”

You can see Denise is a very loving person and we are blessed to have her as an Angel. She touches so many lives through Angels for Hope as she sends a minimum of 2 items per week. Thank you Denise for all your hard work for AFH!

Everyone ready for Valentine’s Day? I’m a bit behind with this 34″ of snow we got pounded with but I’m ready for some fun!

This is a Valentine’s Day Word Ladder

You start with the Winter Blues but end up with Valentine Pink!

How do you do it? You are only allowed to change one letter of the word Blue

to make your new word. Then change one letter of your new word to make the next word.

Continue this method until you have reached your Valentine Pink

Hi Angel Lovers!
Can you believe it’s February?

I wanted to share our stats with you as we are gloriously happy! We not only met our goal for 2009 but were able to surpass it! We mailed out 81,489 items in 2009!!!!!!! At the present time we have approximately 400 members. Can you imagine that 400 people mailed out over 81,000 Angels, butterflies and smiley faces in one year! I’m still in shock.

We wanted to thank you for your support over the years. We are hoping 2010 will be yet another record breaking year.

Stay tuned for contests and more information about Angels for Hope.

Always remember, an easy way to help support AFH is to spread the word and have Angels requested for those in need of hope. We are offering the Winter and Valentine Angel for the month of February.
